Clunton was certainly not a “founding member” but because of her longstanding support of regime- change she was solidly on-board when Bush/Cheney planned to invade Iraq. So, when Saddam Husein was captured and hung the US ineptly took control of the country. Their first serious mistake was when Paul Bremer became governor of American-occupied Iraq and layed off the thousands of Iraqi soldiers.
All the US attempts at regime-change have failed to produce the desired effect, but Hilary has never learned this lesson because she again attempted it in Libya with the same horrific results. If Saddam Husein were still in office there would be no ISIS, and no extreme exodus of immigrants into Europe today.
